The staff at the desk were welcoming and spoke good English. However, we were charged more for a larger size car as the staff informed us that no cars in our booked category with built-in Satnav were available. This added to the cost of our hire.
The staff at the store were friendly and the procedures were simple. However, the staff at the return point were deceptive. We had a flat tire and got a replacement car. When asked about any additional charges, they said there were none. But then we found out an extra 300 euros was charged to our credit card.

We landed at NCE T1 and the pick-up was at T2. If I had known I would have possibly booked another rental to avoid the bus transfer (10mins) with my family and the large amount of luggage we had. Once at T2 there was no problems and the pick-up was smooth and easy. Staff were polite and efficient.
