They did not have the car I had book which was a compact SUV, they only had one very large automatic car which was too big and I did not feel comfortable driving it. I had an small accident and the tyre burst. Now I have been charged almost £4000 on my credit card for the replacement of one tyre.

The car rental staff were very friendly, efficient, and considerate. They waived the fee for my booking mistake and canceled the pre-authorization immediately after return. Highly recommended.

Not bad. But they didn't proactively check for scratches on the car body when renting, only did it when returning. Luckily, I had taken photos beforehand as proof.
