Brilliant experience compared to airports at LAX.

The car provided was a similar class Nissan Sunny. There was no aggressive upselling, and the staff’s attitude was quite indifferent. The process was very smooth.

I bought full insurance on QEEQ, so I had to be extra careful not to buy it again at the office, which was exhausting. My poor English made it difficult, and I had to message QEEQ to confirm everything each time. The staff didn't have the patience for that. It might be less tiring to buy insurance at the office. I haven’t compared the prices, but you often end up spending extra money on trips. It’s hard to avoid.

The store staff were very friendly and efficient.

Avis did NOY give me, as promised, email confirmation of car returned without damage and i suspect they will try claim later that damage was found. also no receipt of debit of my credit card. i will imediately instruct Card company not to make payment if AVIS 'try' something.
