They only informed me at the airport that there were no cars available. They then offered me a Fiat for two, but I had four people and two 28-inch suitcases, which wouldn't fit at all. They refused to contact the rental company and claimed they were too busy to make a call all morning. The rental company's customer service told me they kept hanging up.

Upgraded for a little extra

Fantastic car - Peugeot 7 seater auto Only fault is the pick up is 10 minutes off site and they only have 1 shuttle bus operating so this can cause a bit of a wait outside the airport also no instructions or signs to tell you where to stand and wait. Tip : exit the airport cross to the central reservation and wait about 30 meters on the left.

I was delivered to the OK pick up office by the shuttle bus and that worked well. However, when I arrived at the office it looked like a refugee camp. There were people everywhere waiting to pick up their cars. OK operate a ticket system and having taken my ticket I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes before I was called forward. Once at the desk the process was smooth enough, although the staff member tried to terrify me into buying every conceivable extra insurance. The car had only done 9500km odd but every panel was damaged or marked in some way so I took great care in marking up the sheet of existing damage. Drop off was a breeze and I had no issue re the existing damage. That said, if there is a next time, given the state of the car I would recommend taking a video of the car at pick up, making sure the phone records the GPS and time of the film so as to have some proper evidence in the event of an issue arising later.

car size was as expected. office was a little too far away. car was full of scratches but didn't affect the drive. all in all, terrific value for money

process was perfect. price was unbelievably cheap. will use them again.
