The staff were very thorough and patient in explaining everything without trying to upsell anything. However, telling you that any issue will result in compensation might scare beginners.

Upon arrival, they insisted on purchasing full insurance, and even after I declined, they made me sign the full insurance document.

Like: Ease of rental. Price was awesome.
Dislike: Distance to Rental car park in teeming rain (or midday sun and high humidity) hauling a suitcase in Darwin. Was a drowned rat at both pick up and drop off. Flooding to covered walkway ensured footwear was drenched too. I think a courtesy call or email during my six week rental would have been a great customer service.

Like: Clean environment
Dislike: Car should provide gps navigation.
