Satisfied

I rented a car at Boston Airport. After getting off the plane, you can take shuttle bus 33 or 55 for two stops to reach the car rental center. Very convenient. The Hertz signage is big and noticeable, and the staff was very friendly. There was no line, and the process was quick. They initially offered me additional insurance, but after I told them I already purchased full insurance from QEEQ, they didn't insist.

Hertz truly lives up to its reputation as a big brand. The service is great, and the car pickup is super convenient. The staff at the branch, an enthusiastic and efficient Black girl, marked the scratches left by the previous renter and assured me I didn't need to worry about them. They handed over the car freshly washed, and when I requested to inspect it, she said it was okay and no problem. The entire pickup process was very smooth and quick!

I'm a Hertz Gold Member, but it doesn't matter when booking through a 3rd party...which I expected and understand. It was extremely busy and a lot of customers vented their frustration at the people working there, which accomplished nothing. Patience and politeness was rewarded with a new minivan instead of a 7 pax mid-sized SUV (at my request once told it might be a long wait for the other class) and a complimentary tank of gas.

The entire booking process was outstanding. I love the app!
