The service attitude was great, very enthusiastic and attentive. There was a car to pick us up from the cruise terminal to the store. The only downside is the rental shop closes a bit early, at 6 PM. Although they allow drop-off returns, we were concerned about potential unresolved damages, so we returned the car early. If you drop off the car after hours, the store's shuttle is not available, but the staff can help you book a taxi in advance, which is quite thoughtful.
Like: I got a differernt car than I reserved, but it was excellent. The people were very friendly. Dislike: I did not like paying for a taxi to take us to the other lot. Why cant Enterprise run a shuttle to the lot or pay for the taxi fee?
