We waited for a long time during pickup, and the car was not provided according to the booked category. There were limited options available—either an electric vehicle or this Mustang. We had no choice but to select the Mustang. Luckily, we didn't have much luggage.
Satisfied with the rental, although it wasn't the Mustang convertible I requested. Not happy with the return process, as they wouldn't wait for even 5 minutes.
Picked up the car from Hertz at Union Square in San Francisco at 19:00 local time on the 19th. We scouted the location a day before, so it was quite smooth. The pickup spot is on the first floor of the Westin at Union Square, on the right-hand side at a small counter. Waited for an hour to pick up the car. They offered us a free upgrade to a larger vehicle, but we declined as we were not comfortable driving a much bigger car. The counter attendant's attitude was indifferent, probably because our English wasn't fluent enough. Without asking, she issued us a bill that included various extras, but QEEQ's customer service helped us cancel the unnecessary insurance costs promptly.
Easy pick up, . Be advise of toll's recharge of 10$ a day when you used, of 13 $ a day if you want flat rate.

1. The customer service during pick-up was fast.
2. The customer service during drop-off was equally faster and smooth.
Negative
1. I booked a Jeep Cherokee cause I will be driving from San Diego to San Francisco and would need a bigger car so my family will be comfortable. They changed this without notice to a much smaller Buick Encore without any explanation.
2. I ordered a toddler seat for my 5 yo kid and confirmation was sent for this. But at the time of pick-up and I ended up travelling to from Carlsbad to San Diego Airport ( a total of 1 hour ++ trip) and end up wasting half-a-day of our planned trip.
3. and because we have to adjust our trip, we have to extend our rental.
4. I have used Hertz before and they would normally explain the gas and time of return, I totally forgot about these things because of the rush and I ended assuming that I need to fill-it-up in full. I also found out that I was being charged to pay for overtime time charged and I needed to call the customer service to cancel the charges.
