Pick-up took a bit long while they were confirming the booking, but returning the car was super easy. They just checked the fuel was full, the guy walked around the car once and that was it. I was honestly surprised, because I’d read online that returns can be really strict and they’ll try to find every tiny scratch to cause trouble, but that didn’t happen to us at all. The chubby uncle who handled the return was really nice. I’d definitely consider renting from them again next time.

I booked a Civic but was given a Camry instead. The car was in good condition, and the experience was pleasant.

The service was excellent. I purchased basic insurance on the platform and upgraded to full coverage on-site, so there was no need for reimbursement. The store didn't inspect the vehicle much. Everything was very quick—15 minutes to pick up the car and 5 minutes to return it.

Budget's service is decent, with standard charges. However, their pick-up point is outside Phuket Airport, and they provide a shuttle service.
