Hertz is really terrible. I reserved an M3, but they didn't have it and gave me an old Kia instead, which was hard to drive. Later, I switched to another car, but they said only gas cars were available and asked for a high surcharge. Really disappointing.
Attentive and detailed. Enthusiastic service, working hard to solve real problems for customers. Due to language barriers, 'Fat Uncle' was a good man, sweating profusely. To solve the issue, the female manager took the initiative to coordinate, which ultimately made me very satisfied.

The pick up was a total disaster. The only company with a line. Not that long, maybe eight people in front of me, and it took an hour. Horrible experience
