The app showed a cost of over 6000, but it changed to over 10000 when I got abroad. After much back and forth communication, I still don't know why. The final invoice was only for over 4000. The whole process was very chaotic and perfunctory.

The store at Avignon TGV station shares the same location with Avis, and the service was very enthusiastic.

I was offered an upgrade at a reasonable rate, however they failed to tell me that the car was a PHEV and there was no electric charge when I picked the car up, meaning that it used way more petrol than it should have. Also when I dropped the car off, there was no one to inspect it

Réservation impeccable. Service client efficace, j’ai pu récupérer les frais avancés grâce à l’assurance proposée.

Arrivée à l'aéroport avec 1h en avance. Refus au guichet de débuter la longue procédure de récupération. Nous devons revenir, refaire la queue une demi-heure, puis attendre la remise des clés, 25 min. Finalement, nous nous installons dans la voiture une bonne heure après l'heure de réservation.
