Very bad Very expensive I had to deal with car no choice

There were some minor issues at the time of pickup. The reserved Grand Cherokee was not provided; the staff mentioned that in the US, the Grand Cherokee comes with navigation, and we needed to pay to upgrade. The models offered were all compact SUVs, which did not match my reservation. After some back and forth, a staff member kindly brought us a Grand Cherokee, ensuring a smooth, safe, and comfortable trip in the US.

The pictures and the actual vehicle were wildly different. It was a bait and switch. I requested a large SUV, but got nothing close.

The Los Angeles airport branch is generally acceptable. Be prepared to use a Japanese car as a replacement if the Grand Cherokee is frequently unavailable.

At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

The waiting time in line was too long, everything else was fine.
