This time, I rented a Citroën SUV and discovered it had only been driven for over 7,000 kilometers—it was practically a brand-new car! The interior and exterior were spotless, as if it had just rolled out of the showroom, instantly boosting my impression of the store. Once I hit the road, the car's performance completely won me over—quick and responsive power, solid and stable handling, and a chassis that absorbed shocks with a refined feel, far exceeding my prior perceptions of the Citroën brand. Honestly, this rental experience made me rethink the brand, with driving quality so impressive that it even sparked thoughts of buying one myself! Beyond the vehicle, the store’s service was professional and efficient; the pick-up and drop-off process was smooth, and the staff were friendly. Service was average when picking up the car, they changed the car model without specifically asking. The lady at return was very nice and sincerely inquired about the pickup experience, eventually offering compensation.

Rented a Mercedes C-Class but it was replaced by an Opel with a slight reduction in cost. Driving experience was different, but everything went smoothly.

Was really good apart from collection i waited almost 3 hours to pick up, I was offered 25% which thr manager emailed Qeeq but after speaking with them which was beyond terrible as the girl couldn't understand or speak English she made the whole process extremely terrible.
