To emphasize, the translated document provided by the rental company must be printed in color; they do not accept digital copies only.

Ticket system at the desk had run out of paper leaving numerous customers confused about how to queue. Staff didn’t seem particularly interested in resolving the problem. Once being served, I was processed quickly and efficiently.
