A deposit of 900 lira was authorized, but only 600 lira was refunded. About 300 lira was deducted, and I don't know why. I've been waiting for two months and still haven't received a response.
They did not explain the difference between OGS and HGS in Turkey. I also didn’t know how the highway tolls were paid. The deposit hasn't been returned yet, so I'm unsure if I’ll get fined.

Car was a Fiat Egrea or something, fine on the flat but gutless on hills of which there are a lot in Turkey. It was clean, very neatly new and suitable for 4, any more and I suggest the weight would add to the struggle to get up hills!. We found that switching the air con off helped with the hills!!
