Very happy with the whole process

The contract has hidden clauses and charges high service fees. They secretly deduct from the pre-authorization after returning the car. This is a very dishonest car rental company.

We spent 8 days in Melbourne. The car was pretty good. There were basically no issues. The staff were also nice. Even on Christmas Eve, they were still serving us. It felt great. We can continue to use their services.

location a bit far from airport but provide pickup and drop off. stuff was helpful and friendly. when pick up car have a minor issue, on the spot solve it. good. overall good to excellence.

fully refund 24 hours before pick up time it's really good service for us. very flexible.

Not happy that that a $5 toll has turned into $24 due to commissions and fees....TOTAL RORT AND RIP OFF. Also had to pay extra to get to airport due to car place not being open earlier enough, so in the end car wasnt that cheap

I had to call twice to get the correct information as to who was collecting me from the pick up zone. The driver of the van was very polite and helpful. Chinese man. After being served at the counter staff member answered the phone an rather than placing on hold or a call back continued with her call which took a while. Another person was served after me by another staff member and was gone before me. When I enquired about the GPS I ordered I was told Id need to pay more money, despite the money already showing in my credit card and having to place a $100 bond. She finally put the GPS in place (which by the way did not work properly and was in my line of sight on the screen). The fuel tank was at half so the staff member told me I could bring it back at 3 bars from he bottom. She took photos said she would email them to me. (which never arrived). Finally I left feeling exhausted by the whole process. The outside of the car was dirty inside clean. On return the male staff member told me I hadnt filled the tank to full. I informed him that it was only at half and I refilled to there. He was ok with that as he found the original photos.
