Pretty good. Initially planned to start in Florence, but later realized there were too many restricted areas in Florence. Decided to take a train to Siena and rent a car there instead. QEEQ quickly canceled the original booking and made a new reservation.

It's a scam... we book from qeeq.com and paid for the amount that says on the website. When we got there they didn't let us rent the car even tho we paid for it. So at the end he said we have to take and pay for the full insurance and 300€ deposit money. At that point we were so tired of discussing about it back and forth so we paid for the full insurance and gave him 300€ for the deposit which he said we gonna get that back at the end of the rent day. So when we gave the car back he said everything was fine he checked and he said he gonna sent the 300€ back to our bank account right away so no need to worry. Few days later when we went back home the only amount he send was 30€?!? We try to call but the customer service is so rude ... I don't recommend

They try to let me paid for every thing and when I told them I book Audi they told my take fiat after that I change the car by pigot 8003 and they let me paid the diference .
