Efficient, professional staff. Easy transaction.

I was given an upgrade to a brand new SUV which was a nice surprise. Bit of a pain having to organise a tollpass to go around Brisbane which took about 15 mins to set up because the hertz was a satellite counter, not an actual office. Very friendly helpful service

Like: The staff explained the detail of the need of insurance. The car was in good shape. My family was happy about it. Will rent from Hertz again in future.
Dislike: I was not aware that I went to the wrong hertz location. Maybe in future there is waze/gps location map of hertz for pick up location. Also, hopefully the staff could explain a bit of the vehicle as other vechile i drove before maybe slightly different.

Like: Friendly efficient staff. Upgraded me to a larger car FOC. Clear simple instructions. Great location, 2 min walk to International terminal.
Dislike: I dropped the vehicle back when the office was closed and left keys in a secure box. It would have been nice to have received an email from Hertz confirming that they were happy with the return condition.

Like: The service was good and staff were friendly.
