The counter staff Alison was very helpful and as all of us were really tired and needed to get our rooms at the earliest, she made the whole process really smooth.

CRITICISM: Can you please specify which fuel the car needs on the keychain. I had to call your US customer service from my UK phone to find out if it was petrol or diesel.
The pickup location was dirty! The car's interior was very unclean! They promised 'return with an empty tank', but the contract stated 'return with a full tank'! We were supposed to get a Ford Explorer 7-seater but received a small Dodge 7-seater SUV instead. Seven people cramped together. How should I rate this???
