Amazing experience! I was nervous about hiring abroad as you read so many horror stories about being over charged at the airport. After booking online I then phoned my local branch here in Scotland - they checked my booking confirmed I had all insurance I needed.
Arrived at airport - amazing first class customer service from this lovely girl. Then collected car literally 5 minutes later.
The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!
Like: The vehicle, costumer service and most of all price Dislike: Going back and forth to report scratches and low fuel on the vehicle rented. No one at the parking lot to write down any problems

Dislike: First rep tried to upsell an upgrade and goes onto insisting on a Chinese driver's license even though I had a voucher clearly stating that a US or Canadian driver's license is acceptable. He didn't make much effort to help and sent me to wait in line again at Customer Service counter, where the service rep was a lot more helpful and straighten out the issue by doing a simple check on the order comments.
