No doubt about it, it's known to be excellent!!!

I am very satisfied with the condition of the car. It was a new vehicle with only 10,000 kilometers, very clean and easy to drive. Returning the car was also very convenient. However, I'm a bit disappointed with one of the staff members, an American lady, who recommended an upgrade to a different model. After we declined, she became impatient and had a poor attitude. Additionally, the wait time was a bit long, probably due to the peak season in July. I'm not sure if the Jeep Cherokee we got is of the same class as the Santa Fe we had originally booked.

シボレータホクラスで予約をしてシープワゴニアを借りました。車両は新車レベルの良い状態でトラブルも無く、旅行中7人乗る事も有りましたが、車内空間も広くゆとり有る旅をする事が出来ました。大満足です。

現地で借りる際に、完全非対面で日本語対応の登録カウンターでしたので、英語が分からなくても問題無く借りる事が出来ました。登録カウンターへ個人情報を1から入力する事が煩わしかった。旅券番号だけで登録出来る様で有れば更に早く分かり易いと思う。
