Can't speak Chinese

We thought that we are getting a fiat 500 but the lady from the counter advised us to take a Kia picanto so as it is better equiped and has a much lower risk of being stolen. That was a funny and scary proposal at the same time. All good.

Car location address and phone number was not showing booking receipt plus extra money insurance $190.00 Europe.

We were very surprise when Ecovia told us that they did not have our model of car. They gave us directly a better model and we have had a very nice car for the same price! Thanks a lot.

counter staff particularly helpful on drop off. however initially wasn't an automatic car as booked. then was given a dual fuel unleaded and metano car but not told how hard it is to get metano and how few miles the unleaded would do. spend an hour trying to find metano for drop off. wouldn't use again for that reason.
