Efficient, convenient and the car was in excellent condition.

The only concern I had was that no paper contract was provided for pick-up and drop-off (it's available in the email), which made me feel a bit uneasy.

I forgot to leave a review when I returned, very sorry about that. The company had a good attitude. Although communication wasn't smooth (my English was rusty), they were kind and didn't try to sell any insurance. The pickup location we went to wasn't crowded, and the paperwork was completed very quickly.

There was a confusion in the car model when I picked up. I booked for sedan but they gave me a hatchback small one. After explaining and showing my booking pics they changed the car for me. Especially John, I really appreciate him a lot. Excellent customer service.

I will continue booking with Easyrentcars.com in future as well.
