Slow and inconvenient- shuttle took ages to arrive and there was only one person at the check in desk. Process for check in was unnecessarily slow and new costs were added even though we had bought full cover online, ended up missing flight back because shuttle was so slow dropping us back to airport.

It took a long time to pickup the car at customer service. Main delay was due to my CDW status. I was informed that when I booked via Easyrentcars I had not sign any Collision Damage Waiver and was asked to pay for the additional insurance. This was a shock to me as my credit card (Visa) had always covered my CDW and I have never had any problems with booking cars before. Green Motion informed me that my booking via Easyrentcars required Collision Damage insurance as there was no WAIVER. I had to resolve this dispute with the manager who reluctantly provided me with a waiver form to fill out and I avoided the additional CD insurance costs. My suggestion would be for Easyrentcars to clarify the CDW status on the booking screen to avoid any confusion with the rental company even though the included basic insurance indicates Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Waiver and Third Party Liability protection.
The Location at Hilton hotel London is easy to find . The staff are very nice guys in collecting and returning the car . The collecting and returning the car was very fast . The car Fiat 500 was 2019 model . It was very clean and economic car . I recommend Green Motion to every one and will use their service again .

The car stank of stale cigarette smoke, every time I opened the door to get in it made me feel sick.
Always seem under staffed. Dropping off I had to queue for 20 minutes which was frustrating especially seeing as I had the full insurance so would have been better if I could have just dropped the key.
I found it very odd that only a credit card could be used for the deposit and not a debit card, however if you were willing to pay more (i.e. for the full insurance) then they somehow found a magical way of letting you use debit card for the smaller deposit - sounds like a money making scheme to me which worked fro them here!
Quick and easy service. The car was clean and had loads of great features. Also an upgrade from the Fiat 500, I got a Peugeot 208. Such great value for money. Friendly staff.

Had never used Easy rent cars before, but will again, the price drop rebooking service was fantastic. So cheap that I cancelled my 1 day booking and extended it to 10.
The staff at the car park were polite. But the man at the desk is clearly in the wrong job - he should be kept away from customers! Really intrusive with questions and incredibly sexist. He said he was “joking” but i can’t imagine any female - or male - customer would even raise a smile at his comments on “terrible women drivers”. Clearly he wasn’t very bright (or funny) but surely this comes with the training? I didn’t have the time or energy to do more than say it wasn’t acceptable, but he shouldn’t be doing that. I also didn’t like his misleading manner of trying to sell me insurance. I regularly hire cars and I know the drill, but to get all theatrical about it was tiresome.

Picking the car up was an absolute nightmare. The person on the pickup desk dealing with us could not have been more rude and unhelpful if he tried. The handing over of the car was all ok though once we moved on from the paperwork side to handing over the car.
Great but very nervous about having to pay the huge excess of £1200!! Didnt want to drive it and especially didnt want to park in a tight car park as if there was a scratch bigger than 25mm you had to pay.
We were charged for a dent in the body of the car above the front right wheel which was smaller than 25mm. This dent looked to have been made by a car door opening and hitting the body of the car. We were charged £239.25 or $323.08 for this damage.
Due to the fault of my bank I ended up not even getting the car, but I can state that Green Motion apparently advertises one thing and does another. In my case for example, at time of reserving the vehicle there was a up-to amount for deposit although at car pick-up, Green Motion wanted to charge me a 3 thousand Euro deposit, which is ridiculous and I would never agree to such amount. I will also state that in my short time spent in the Green Motion office I overheard other clients making similar comments. Next time I went with a serious company right in the airport where my deposit was 200 bucks.

The quality of Green motion staff at reception counter were quite diversed. Some were helpful while others looked inexperience. Staff training and performance bonus to be awarded to good staff rated by customers based on their feedback may help improve the inconsistence.
Scammers. Ripped us off by only accepting our credit card to pay the deposit IF we paid an EXTRA £117 fee for 'insurance' which we did not need (i prepurchased extra insurance with easyrentcars website).
Also requesting over £75 for excess mileage now 46 days after we already returned the car.
Will never hire with them again, and recommend that no one else does either. They seem cheap because they rip you off in other ways. Avoid at all costs.
Really good customer service at the hotel location, easy to get through, good car, overall very well presented and worth renting again. BUT ... not very good for people arriving at Terminal 4 or 5! Took over 80 minutes to get from Terminal to Rental Location. Not suited for anyone who cannot walk long distances or who has difficulty carrying their own hand luggage. Too mant stairs, lifts, walks and buses (no direct bus - only bus/bus or bus/train).

I did try to re-book for my next trip of 32 days in May/June, but the website rejected my application as being for too many days. Not interested in trying to sort this out, so booked with a competitor easily. There was no problem with a long rental in February/March, so why are you putting up barriers against getting business?
