Very difficult to find the right spot in the garage, no signs directing where to go. All spots taken when ultimately found. I had to park somewhere else. Had I less time until my flight, I would be late. Also, in the airport, it is hard to find the right way to the garage with cars for rent.

No one in offfice !!! Had to wait over one hour

There was quite a long delay picking up the car so the guys kindly gave us a free upgrade. The car was excellent and great value. I recommend Green Motion to others looking to rent.

Waited for 2 hours. First told that the issue was with a customer who had returned a dirty car and the upon returning was told there was an issue with the delivery staff. Incompetent staff. Liars and uncompationate staff.

The girl at the counter didn’t know what she was doing, after 11 hours flying with 2 little kids it took about 30 minutes to get my car, plus it was long way to walk to the car with my suitcases and 2 kids. It was very weird that I had to pay to clean the car.

The car was very nice. Pleasant customer service. I was surprised how particular they seemed about the tiniest possible scratche. Upon pickup we examined the car with a reflector (it was an evening, but still) noting the tiniest possible scratches (much smaller than the typical 5 mm). I was asked to sign a sheet stating that I will pay 90+ euros.for any scratch. This made for a rather stressful rental experience. With that said I did not have any problems when droping the car off.

I cancelled my reservation because Green Motion asked for a 120 EUR insurance fee and they said if this money is not paid, the basic insurance doesn't cover almost anything, including a damage on the car in a parking place. This money is far beyond the renting fees of the car.

We were met very quickly at the airport and were able to pick up our car within only ten minutes. The service was efficient, polite and far exceeded expectations. The staff adapted to our needs with no hassle and we are really grateful for such amazing service at such a good price. Overall this was amazing value.

Yes the car was fine from begeening,I book for a economy but I upgrade at the rental place to bigger and I don't regret.Only think suuggest I left is a small wallet with changes ,but maybe will back to me ,if someone found.Overall very well and good company,compare where I rent in Krakow Airport ,where you drop -off vehicle and nobody check in ,and then you pay for a damage ,because someone damage.

The car was dirty and seats were stained. Lowest end model car with limited standard features. No bluetooth, no automatic windows... very basic four wheels to get from point A to point B. The worst was that the car had 1/8 of a tank of gas when we picked it up at 9PM. We complained but there was nothing they could do. This seemed to be standard operating procedure for this place. I would not ever rent from Green Motion again. The phone number to call for pickup from airport was ringing busy for the first 10 minutes we called. We just had to keep calling back until the phone line was available. I would guess they do not have call waiting.

Easy Rent Cars was easy enough to use but the rental car experience was not worth the savings.

I did not receive the car because the company refused to accept my international driving licence whereas other companies had no problems with it. Besides, company has no counter in the terminal and I had to wait for more than an hour after agreed pick-up time before a company representative arrived at the airport. As a result, I was over 2 hours late for my business meeting because I had to search for another car and wait for it to be prepared.

Bonne agence de location. Communication ok, retour rapide, personnels sympathique.

I forfeited my car hire at green motion after seeing the staff fraudulently make damage claims on the cars being checked in at the horrified customers' expense. Told them there was no way I would touch their vehicles and went and booked an Avis car.
