The service was excellent. We were supposed to collect the car at Haneda airport but the staff kindly offered to send the car to the hotel we were staying which was way more convenient. The car was ok but was a bit old with slight dents & scratches all over the car and the most important thing it does not have Apple Car Play which would be more helpful for us to use navigation app.
