Firstly, I paid for a Mercedes but got a Ford. Check their website to see if the prices are the same... I rented a safety seat, and the rental company said it was €6/day but it turned out to be €10/day on site. The most frustrating part was when I was returning the car. The engine warning light came on, and I tried to figure it out but couldn't. Since I was in a hurry to catch a flight, I had to drive back slowly. During the trip, I called the rental company to inform them I would be 30 minutes late, but when I arrived, they directly deducted €126 from my credit card, saying I was 40 minutes late. I don't understand how a company with such service standards can continue to work with the rental company. Everyone says everything is expensive in Northern Europe, and if you want service, it costs more! It was a terrible experience.

The company rep was there to pick us up . The office staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The cars were great and whole experience was hassle free . It only cost me a fraction of what I would have paid the big car companies.

The booking platform was easy to navigate and the process was painfree . The local company zante rent a car was great family run business and I would use them every time .
They charged me 200 yuan with no reason after returning the car. I've been asking for an invoice for a week with no response. I suggest not using this company. When picking up the car, they required a deposit and said it was a pre-authorization, but it turned out to be an actual deduction. I recommend avoiding this rental company.
I wait for a long time to get the car, after inspection I discovered that there is no light in the car. Then I wait an additionnal time to have an other car.
In total I had to wait about 2 hours.
Returned the car an hour late, got scolded and given the cold shoulder by the rental lady. Although it was our fault, treating customers like that as a service provider is not good.
Your description that it was in airport terminal pick up was incorrect, however the staff at lords were very helpful, but I wanted a fast collection and this delayed us.
The processes of pick-up and return were okay. But the car itself was too old. Thus, when I made a right turn, the body made some awkward noise; the transmission change was not smooth when I started to run; and the brake did not work well.
I write you now to try to find whom am I suppose to send my complaint regarding my rental at Zagreb Airport branch.
The main problem is that for a small scratch at the plastic rear bumper of the old and with foul smell Suzuki Baleno that was given to me at Zadar (*), the officer Bogdan charged me 375 euros!!! Just last May in Portugal my friend paid Hertz 290 euros for a new windshield at his Renault Clio, after a small stone dented it on the highway. Very unfortunate.
My case is so much cheaper, I can’t believe AddCar decided to charge me almost 400 euros for a repair that cannot cost more than 50.
I understand that my booking thru EasyCar was at a very special rate, but that was AddCar offer and it is not fair to try to get back some money by so high damage charge for a very little dent. Only a scratch, it did not even kneaded the car.
For 32 days of rental, I paid 3.151,90 kunas (including cross border taxes). Today, for the dent, I paid 2.812,50 kunas. It is just not fair, sir...
(*)The first car I got at Zagreb lasted only 4 days with us due to an elletronic malfunction, and had to be toed away. We lost a day of the vacations by the Zadar airport waiting for another car to arrive, and the one they gave us was this Blue Baleno in a very bad shape. All dented, dirty (although one hour of our waiting was supposed to be for the carwash) and smelling of sweat and cigarettes (the same odor with the first car, but in this case propagou because you staff of smokers uses the car and smoked in it just before renting it to me).
Just after a few days the “new” car started to smell a little better, but by that time the clutch pedal was giving constant reason for concern, as it sometimes got stuck back and won’t come out when you are changing gears. Very dangerous, specially during overtakes. This problem was reported today to Bogdan as well, who attributed the indecent amount charged to my car due to a standard damage fee (75) plus the dent itself (300 euros!!!).
