Absolutely fantastic! Daniel was incredibly helpful, patiently guiding us through any issues we encountered. He even answered all our non-rental-related questions with great patience. It was truly wonderful, and we'll definitely choose YITU Daniel again when we return to New Zealand! The car was brand new, and the experience was amazing!
Very satisfied. Upon getting off the plane and turning on my phone, I immediately found that the company had already contacted me via WhatsApp. Very thoughtful service.
The car booked was a Porsche Cayenne and I was disappointed with the age/condition of the car.
During full lock of the steering wheel, the car kept making a low whining sound. The stereo/radio unit was damaged and was clearly glued back several times.
The aircon vents were also damaged.
Overall, I was disappointed in this car rental
