CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON ALAMO AT ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, MCO

Le véhicule était au-delà de ce que j'attendais pour un SUV de taille moyenne (en particulier au niveau équipement). Les services d'Alamo sont efficaces et rapides. Le seul point négatif est le manque d'information sur les stations-service à proximité de l'aéroport. La seule trouvée à proximité (Suncoast Energy sur 5928 Butler National Dr.) pratiquait des prix absolument prohibitifs.

Simple à utiliser sans surprise. Il aurait été utile de pouvoir de changer sur le site l'heure de prise en charge suite au changement d'horaire du vol imposé par la compagnie aérienne.

Excellent and quick service -no queue which was a bonus after the long ,long delays in getting through passport checks. A good selection of vans to choose from . Booked full to full but changed at desk to return empty- probably cost me as you forget fuel is so cheap in USA. I also took a child seat at desk and fact I had paid for a 15 seater van with 8 passengers just felt it a bit of a rip off having to pay for just one child seat.

Excellent. Counter was very busy but they opened all desks so quick service. Great communication and advise. Directed to garage to pick up car and again plenty of Alamo staff on hand to help. This was the same at drop off. Helpful and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Extremely satisfied

The counter asked for a translated driver's license, typically required for international tourists. However, self-service car pickup was available at the machine. Last year, I had to fill out a complex form, but this time self-service pickup was completed in less than three minutes! Alamo retained my previous information.

We picked up a standard dodge van.. Too big and thirsty. Contacted the alamo garage and swapped out for a smaller newer crysler malibu. Great service and easy swap.
