Like: Easy to find desk good efficient staff no hard sell quick and easy process just what you need after a long flight

We will never use Alamo again .Blow out on i4 no spare wheel 8 hrs abandoned on freeway .Staff on phone told us to leave the car and find our way home alone or order taxis to pick us up on the freeway. We gave correct details as to where we were .phone bill while on hold came to over €500 we lost 2 days of our holiday.. 2 State troopers had to drop us home eventually. No spare 7 seater cars available in Orlando so had to be towed the next day to firestone and wait 3 hrs to get new tire on . Their breakdown recovery is disgraceful..think again before booking with these as our holiday was nearly wrecked

Dislike: The sat nav we purchased when we ordered from the UK was a) not necessary as the car had one so we spent money we did not need to and b) the sat nav we paid for was not up to date.

The service was indeed good, with many staff members at the airport.

Picking up the car on the first floor of the airport was very convenient.

Alamo counter Agent Antonio was difficult to deal with and insisted that I had to show him a "British Drivers Licence" for the contract to be valid. Even after I showed him a printed version of the contract specifying that a valid USA or Canadian Driver's Licence was acceptable, he was still difficult, combative and argumentative. informing me, that since I used a British Car Rental Agency, I had to present a British Drivers Licence. How sad !!! Antonio attempted to tell me that my Contract with Easy Car rentals for Alamo was not valid !!!. Finally, I was able to convince Antonio, that my Contract was valid and that his interpretation was in-correct. This was a frustrating experience for me, which was uncalled for. There were other issues with Antonio as well because of his rude attitude.

Like: Easy to pick car up after long flight - exactly what we ordered - new car - excellent value.
Dislike: Bit of a hard sell to upgrade.

The overall process of renting and returning the car was pretty smooth.

Excellent! As long as you pay the full amount in China, you just need to print the contract from a self-service machine abroad to pick up the car. Returning the car is also very convenient; just inspect the car with the staff. Overall, it was very good!

The white representative was very helpful; African American and Latino staff were not as accommodating.

Stood at Alamo desk and quoted 1200 dollars, still stood at the desk went onto easyrent and got exactly the same car for 400 dollars - amazing!
