CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON ALAMO AT HARRY REID INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, LAS

The service at the counter was quick and the staff were fairly friendly, although they did try to sell insurance. The Jeep Grand Cherokee I booked online wasn't available, but they gave me a Chevrolet SUV instead (I guess there aren’t many Grand Cherokees and it's just a gimmick online). Overall, Alamo’s cars aren't new, but the condition is acceptable, though the interior was a bit dirty.

Among the many shops, this one stands out for its spaciousness. It offers both counter service and self-service car pick-up. The car condition was good, and the return process was quick and simple. Overall, a good experience.

Our flight was delayed for two hours, but we could still pick up the car as scheduled. There were a lot of people, so we had to wait in line for over an hour.

Simple rental procedures and good service attitude!

There are plenty of shuttle buses, so there's almost no wait. However, the counter staff will still try to upsell some additional services. There's a wide selection of cars in the chosen category. Haven't tried the self-service yet.

The car rental location at Las Vegas Airport is very convenient, with many rental company counters all in one hall. We arrived early, so there were very few people in line and the rental process was very smooth. The car pick-up hall is large with clear signage, and there were many models to choose from within the same class, at least 10 cars or more.

The signage at the airport is clear and easy to find. The staff is skilled and the car pickup process is quick. Both picking up and returning the car are quite convenient at the car park.

The car pickup was okay, but the staff complained when I didn’t buy anything from them, suggesting I use the self-service option instead. I asked if they could pay the Golden Gate Bridge toll for me, and they directly said no.

Renting a car is quite easy and the service is relatively friendly, although they are very persistent in selling a full tank of gas.

Very good, they upgraded my vehicle for free at the store. When the tire burst and the windshield broke on the road, they handled it immediately and replaced it with a new car for free.

The line for picking up the car in Las Vegas was extremely long, taking more than half an hour to line up and over an hour to get the car! I originally booked a mid-size SUV, Jeep Grand Cherokee, through QEEQ. However, upon arrival, I was given a standard SUV, Kia Sorento. I don’t know if it was QEEQ or Alamo that switched the vehicle. The most frustrating part was that when returning the car in LA, even though I had refueled it completely, Alamo charged me an FSO fee, which is for refueling services, costing about $50. Super pleasant car rental experience. Picking up and returning the car was extremely convenient with simple procedures. The cost was much cheaper than similar models in China. In short, for traveling abroad, self-driving is a must. It's incredibly convenient!

Alamo in Las Vegas does not accept a US driver's license for car rental. Previously, I could rent a car in San Jose directly with a US license through Zuzuche.

When driving out of town, I noticed a strange noise from the car. I contacted the company, and they provided a car replacement option. Although I didn't need to use it, I felt their service was good. The pick-up and drop-off procedures were also simple.

Overall, pretty good.
