I had to pay a 250-euro deposit when I picked up the car, and the female receptionist didn't even know about it when I returned the car. If I hadn't reminded her, who knows what would have happened! In general, the staff at the return location were quite inexperienced. They gave me a photocopy of the rental agreement, and I had to insist multiple times to get the original. What a mess! There was a minor scratch, and it took them ages to deal with it, saying the damage assessment would take half a month. I had to proactively email to get the final receipt. Isn't this the basic duty of a car rental company? Terrible!

The store staff were very serious, but my 250 euros deposit was supposed to be a guarantee, not an actual charge. However, they charged me and refunded after the return, which caused a currency exchange difference that I had to bear.
Other than the difficulty in finding the counter, everything else was quite satisfactory. The car was new and communication was smooth. It would be helpful if QEEQ could inform in advance about the counter-sharing company to avoid inconvenience.
I'll skip the minor issues, but the most serious problem is that this car rental company randomly charged my credit card, overcharging me by more than 600 euros. They couldn't explain why this happened or where the extra charge came from. Is charging customers arbitrary? If so, running this business must be easy. The counter attendant was extremely unhelpful and had a bad attitude, almost as if I owed them something. Overall, the trip was great, but the car rental experience was terrible. There won't be a next time.
We arrived at the rental station after a late flight with the family and young kids. There was only one staff member and 2 other customers joined the line with us. But the guy was chatting up the two female friends that had come to visit him at work for over 20 minutes whilst ignoring us and other customers.
Eventually a colleague arrived and was able to serve the customers. When it was our turn they tried to give us a 5 seater despite us booking a 7 seater as there was 6 of us. The guy had given a free upgrade to a group of 4 girls in front of us and given away the last 7 seater. So they had to then arrange to get one delivered from a different depot.
The lady serving was helpful but the whole process was slow and unacceptable given that it was late and pretty quiet.

Remember: The store name has changed to 'ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR' instead of 'Alamo'. It took a while to find it, but I got a free upgrade from C-class to E260. I'm extremely satisfied.
Excellent service, quick processing, free upgrade. Originally booked a seven-seater manual, got a Ford seven-seater automatic. Return was quick, deposit of 250 euros refunded immediately.
We were supposed to pick up the car at 2:00 PM, but I arrived at 1:30 PM and still had to wait until 5:00 PM. It delayed our next trip and meeting with friends. This is frustrating.
