Long walk from counter to car but relatively easy. Good service although only a small office so only 1 member of staff at counter. Quick to pick up car once we were seen at the counter.

The car was absolutely spotless and the exact model we’d reserved. Counter staff was good, but check-out took a little longer than I felt necessary. Overall however, fantastic experience and we would definitely use Keddy again.

Only issue ... selected car was for 7 adults and 4 suitcases as in booking. Car was not as described as it can only take 7 adults and 0 suitcases. The rep at the desk was very unhelpful and was interested even when we have proof.

The car boot wasn't as big as we had been led to believe. We'd booked a Mini Van | Citroen C3 Aircross or similar which should fit 3 large cases, and instead were given a Peugeot 2008 which has a much smaller boot (100L smaller). Luckily we only had to drive 20 mins from the airport to our accommodation so managed with one case wedged on the back seat between the children. On the plsu sisde the car seemed to be brand new.

Service was quick and no accidents occurred.

Satisfied. The vehicle was relatively new. Although it was small, the trunk space was large enough to fit a 20, 24, and 26-inch suitcase each. Service was also enthusiastic. However, traveling from Junlincheng to Montenegro required an additional fee of about 20 euros per day (not exactly sure of the amount). I only went to Montenegro for two days but had to pay this fee for the entire duration. The car was full of gas when picked up and returned, and there was a gas station near the airport.

I had to change my first car because after 20 km I got message " No oil in the engine". So, I lost 2 hours from my schedule.

The staff in Croatia speak good English and have a great attitude. Communication is smooth and they can help solve problems.

Hard to locate the counter and staffs and they are always not at the counter. Car is given different range despite booked the medium range and the car space is small. The GPS is not functioning well and they shouldn’t give up customer. Now I have to pay for it and it is not very useable. They should have advise that we can use our iPhone and map over the car screen. The sign for Keddy is so small that we almost couldn’t find the counter in the airport. Instead we see Eurocar sign at the counter.

The car was too expensive overall, second driver was very expensive per day. The space in the car and boot was very small. The luggage description/car storage was misleading. Fuel consumption was economical.

Voiture neuve en très bon état sans souci. Le personnel à l'accueil était très froid voire agressif. Nous avons cherché longtemps le lieu pour prendre la voiture, aucune personne dehors mais tous à l'abri dans une voiture climatisée, on ne pouvait donc pas les trouver ...

The aircon on this c3 zapped the power on the car Had to turn it off to get over mountain Also the car would not fit two large suitcases

Everything was great with the car and the service. We had no issues. Smooth transaction.

Another good booking with QEEQ. Saved just over 5€ with the price drop. Will be back.

The car was better than expected, but the 'fuel policy' wasn't as booked. I was looking specifically and booked "full to full" - and i had to accept "same to same" with small amount of fuel which as you know-is totally unfair, as at the end client leaves more fuel than he got- or he pays hundred+ Euros for leaving less.. I was told by the stuff that if i don't like it- I can just walk away with no car. How nice.

Almost new car with small miles, great condition. Staff was courteous and helpful.
