NATIONAL CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN MEXICO

The size of the vehicle did not correspond to the one I rented. When I pointed out to the staff the situation, they indicated to me that the reservation code corresponded to a vehicle of the Nissan March scheme, which although it was in good condition, it was much smaller than the size of a volswagen golf that was the I rented. The company explained to me that my reservation had the CCMR sip code that corresponds to a Nissan March and not a Volswagen Golf, so there was no way I could get a bigger car with the payment I made.

The car was kind of old, got a 2017 model, the carpets in the trunk were torn and the car had scratches all around. The service though was well above expectations and made up for the car being sold and badly kept

Mexico City is a complete disaster… Even with a reservation, I couldn't get a car… They either ask you to pay extra or only have small cars available.

Vehicle was in acceptable condition and National's staff was very kind. Didn't face any problems during the rental.

Convenient location, enthusiastic service, but the English at the Mexican branch is not very good, so keep that in mind.
