Pretty bad. The main problem is that the car we rented, was not available even after paying in advance. And they offer a down grade. Refused to give any similar or higher grade car. It was like a joke. At the end, they told me if I didn’t like what they had, I could leave. Like a joke. The guys at drop off, were great! Very kind!

Tijuana is different from other places like Monterrey in Mexico; you have to pay for basic insurance upon arrival.

Me vendió un seguro q no fue válido cuando reserve el coche.

PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, comprendo que mi reserva fue hecha bajo otra agencia, y no me hicieron válido mi aseguranza previamente pagada con la renta de mi auto, tuvimos que pagar otro seguro o sea otros 4,000 de los que ya habíamos pagado, el personal fue súper grosero, pedimos servicio, tardaron más de 2 horas en hacernos entrega del auto! El depósito de seguridad aún no me lo devuelven!.

Considero bastante desagradable mi experiencia en esta ocasión, en QEEQ me ofrecieron pagar una seguranza para poder rentar el vehículo, pagué una aseguradora por cada día. Vaya sorpresa que al llegar a la agencia, me dicen que ese seguro No me es válido, que debo de pagar otro seguro ya que si no lo pago no me podían hacer entrega del auto. Les mostré la póliza del seguro pagado y no me lo hicieron válido por lo cual tuve que pagar otros 4,000 por otro seguro. PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, el personal fue sumamente grosero.

The rental company is quite formal. Other than not providing the reserved Nissan car, everything was fine, and they didn't push hard on insurance sales. The car return process at 5 AM was also very smooth.

Apesar dos inúmeros cometário negativos no Google, a locação transcorreu sem problemas.

Foi eficaz em comunicar a empresa o meu atraso devido a lentidão na imigração.

El vehículo estaba muy chocado, raspado, con alarmas de motor (check engine), sensor de llanta, ruido en eje trasero, manchada las vestiduras.

Significant and aggressive 'upselling' from the local staff team. The lady said I could not take the car unless I increased my 3rd party liability insurance. We were asked to pay another £300, on an initial booking of £106! Only from speaking separately with Sixt did I get the truth. It took over 2 hours to resolve and get the car. We actually had 37,500 USD of 3rd party insurance, which is the legal minimum, so we ended up taking the car.

Tries to help resolve the issue, and followed up regularly. They were really good.

The store and platform information is not synchronized. The store did not receive the payment information from the platform and required a repeat deposit payment. The platform couldn't resolve the issue, and after making the repeat payment it was classified as an insurance fee and not refunded. It's a complete scam, with overall costs far exceeding local store fees!

QEEQ's service is excellent, highly recommended.

Overall, we are satisfied, but the insurance sales pitch took a long time. We repeatedly emphasized that we had already purchased additional insurance, and only then did we get the car.

La chica del mostrador quevnos atendio un poco malumorada, nos vendio forzozamente un seguro de auto extra que porque el seguro no iva incluido en nuestra reserva con QEEQ.COM

Todo muy bien aunque tubimos que pagar ese seguro extra a un asi el precio es bueno de otra manera ubieramos pagado mucho mas.
