I like many functions of the app. For instance, there is a function that links to the Google calendar.

Overall the service staff were good & friendly. The car condition was not to my expectations as there too many dent marks. Car a little old.

Use to book at the official websites of car rentals, spend so much time and hassle going through each and everyone of them. Gave easyrentcars a shot and I am never looking back, its too easy! The process of collecting and returning the car is smooth and easy. A minor point to add - they should inform customer that the counter is located at Domestic Terminal, especially for those arriving via International flights.

I rent the Toyota yaris however I received the equivalent one which is Nissan amera. Personally I think it was fine if you just drive it in downtown but I went to mountain so it was a little bit struggle however overall was good.

深夜到着でしたが受付の女性の対応もよくスムーズに車両を受け取ることができました。夜で車の傷の状態など分かりにくかったですが写真を撮っていたので、返却時にチョック漏れで疑われた傷も写真のお陰で難を逃れました。最初の傷のチェックと色々な部位の写真は必ず撮っておいた方が良いでしょう。車両は走行距離はそれなりにあるものでしたが清掃もきちんとされており全体的に快適でした。

初めての利用でしたが金額ごとに設定のある割引クーポンを利用することができ、当初想定より安く利用することができ良かったです。値下げプロテクターも設定しましたが割引クーポンでそれなりに安くなっていたのでヒットしませんでした。とはいえ値下げプロテクターの値段設定によってはヒットして更に少しでも安くなる可能性があるので是非設定すべきだと思います。チャットによる質疑回答もスムーズでした。また利用したいと思います。

Great service, counter wasn't difficult to find,as we were already in Thailand we had to come into arrivals and the security were no problem. Girls on the desk were great. Overall 10/10 would highly recommend.

Easy booking, smooth and effortless

The car already drove over 130000 km, the car condition, engine and inside cleanliness were good for 130000km. Huum but interior light did not work... The staff was kind and polite.The car was not ready at Airport pickup area, so I waited for over 30 mins... It would be better for staff to have a talk while waiting.... Don Mueang Airport terminal 2 Arrivals (Pick up and drop off) is easy to access through highway, but...due to Thailand road structure, a bit bothersome through local roads.
