The standard for checking the fuel tank is not objective enough. Even though the fuel gauge needle had dropped less than 1/4, they still charged me for half a tank of gas.

Dollar doesn't have a counter at the airport, and you need to take a shuttle bus. Upon arriving, we asked the airport service desk and were informed to wait for the bus at Gate E. However, the Dollar shuttle doesn't stop at Gate E, and we had to walk quite a distance, almost to the end, to find it. If you're not confident in English, it's more convenient to choose a rental company with an on-site airport counter. The staff didn't try to sell us any insurance but suggested we upgrade to a bigger vehicle. We stuck with our original reservation, which was sufficient, and they didn't push. We carefully noted the route to the rental office, so returning the car was quick and easy, even though the staff wasn't particularly friendly. Fortunately, the car was in good condition, and the whole process only took two minutes. Overall, quite satisfied.

Satisfied. There was a shuttle bus service. Since the Fiat 500 I booked wasn't available, they provided a Chevrolet Sonic as a replacement.

They did recommend buying insurance during pickup, but thanks to QEEQ's prior notice, I declined. Returning the car was quick and easy. I'll consider them again next time.

Small company with mediocre service. The pick-up was delayed by an hour as the car was not ready and clean upon my arrival. They promised a full tank of gas, but it was missing 2.6 gallons.
