Like: Visiting family on vacation an needed a vehicle for transportation. Dislike: Although the vehicle was dependable and efficient we would have appreciated a more economical rental price.
Like: Reasonable rates Dislike: They had difficulty removing the GPS and toddler seat from our reservation -- 4 different stages in the process said they couldn't remove it.
Like: Hannah was amazing! She made checking the car in an easy and quick process on a crazy return home day. She was friendly and even went out of her way to find us a luggage cart. Her extra efforts made a rough day easier to handle. Thank you Hannah, you are wonderful!!!! Dislike: A bit confusing when picking up car with all the extra options.
Like: I received my car through Thrifty. Great experience no problems went smooth. They already had my reservation on file when I arrived and car ready. Dislike: I had no dislikes.
I booked a Versa or a similar model online. When picking up the car, there was no Versa, only a similar model, the Corolla, but they wanted to charge extra. I refused. Guess what car they gave me? A Toyota Yaris. Terrible service.
Like: I liked that i had a selection to choose from then the car was almost new and it had navigation sunroof, great gas mileage, and i did not have to fill it up when i came back. I got to enjoy driving not worrying about filling the gas tank. Dislike: I wish the price would have been lower because i would have been able to rent the car longer and take advantage of the insurance bump up they offered to me.
Like: I like how they offered options and I was able to choose a car that was not exactly what I reserved but the equivalent of that intermediate vehicle. Dislike: I didn’t like being offered an upgrade. If i had the money for a higher end vehicle, then I would have reserved that in the first place.
