Like: I like that I can pick up the car at 11pm. I like that I don’t have to wait long for them to pick up my call. I like that there are not much hastle on documentation. I like how friendly the staffs are.
Dislike: I expect a brand new civic

Like: Always inform them whether you're gonna be in klia1 or klia2. I did and it was easy. Directions was clear, process was easy.

Didn't inspect the car in advance; tires were worn out. They only changed the tires the next day after I requested it. Gave me a Vios as a replacement for a day and still asked for fuel costs. Couldn't return the car at klia2, had to go to the rental office in klia. What a terrible company!

When I went to pick up the car, I noticed that many rental counters were closed. It was 4 pm, and maybe they had left early because there were no reservations. The Suria counter had someone waiting solely for me!

Firstly, on the day of car pickup, I contacted the company in the afternoon to ask if I could get the car earlier (I was at the airport then). The company said to follow the agreed time, OK. But around 5 PM, the company contacted me asking if I could pick up the car earlier because their late shift staff hadn't come. However, the rental fee already included service charges for beyond business hours. Secondly, during the usage, the car had issues. When I contacted the store staff, they asked me to contact the repair personnel myself, and when I told them I couldn’t communicate in English (the store was Chinese-speaking), they replied: 'Contact them yourself; there’s nothing we can do.' I finally had to ask a local friend for help. There was no service throughout the whole rental process.

The rental staff were very polite, but the wait time to pick up the car was a bit long.

Due to a flight delay of three hours, my scheduled 12:45 AM flight arrived at Klia2 around 4 AM. After a 15-minute phone call, they contacted me and immediately picked me up to the company's location at Klia1.

Like: I have no complains, the car was relatively new and did not find issue driving it. Went from Penang to Kampar and made a return trip. Got the car on time and dropped off on time as well.

The staff were attentive and enthusiastic.

Like: Pickup was fast and efficient. No long waits or etc. Everything has been pre-filled and basically had to just pick up the car.
Dislike: The person there was English illiterate. So communication was a bit of a barrier. They really need to improve on that. Not everyone in this world speak or read Chinese.
