Overall, it was good.

Picking up the car was fast, and the staff was very friendly. However, we had trouble returning the car because we couldn't find the lower level return point and circled around four times. Finally, we had to ask for help at the counter, where they told us we had to park in the designated return spot. We've rented from this company many times in Thailand, but this time we couldn't find the way down. Google navigation didn't help either. Later, I noticed the rental agreement had clear English instructions to follow the road signs one by one.

Overall service was alright. There was a delay of over an hour at pickup because the store couldn't find my order, but it was resolved eventually. The car's condition was OK.

I recommend everyone avoid renting from this store. I believe they intentionally make customers pay damages. During my car return, the actions of these two staff members were very dubious. I've rented cars in Phuket around 8 to 10 times, and never experienced something like this. Here’s my experience with picking up and returning the car. When I picked up the car, I noticed scratches all around the vehicle, including the tires and rims. I took photos with my phone, but the two staff members seemed impatient and said it was no big deal. When I was about to drive, I realized the left side mirror couldn’t be adjusted and called the staff to fix it. Fifteen days later, I returned the car in the evening, driving it to the parking lot. Two staff members came over to inspect the car, acting rather strangely. They immediately went to check the front windshield and found a tiny spot. They then asked if I had photos from when I picked up the car. I showed them the video I took, but they insisted the spot was my fault and that I had to pay for it. I carefully reviewed the video and found that the spot was already there before I took the car. After some dispute, they reluctantly accepted that I didn't need to pay. However, the whole process felt like a setup to make me pay. It seemed like they already knew about that spot. I believe many people have had to pay because of this. I suspect this will continue happening, so I advise everyone not to rent from this place. Really, if you have to rent from here, make sure to take detailed photos of every inch of the car and the glass. They will make you pay for the smallest mark. I suggest the car rental company investigate if this store is suitable for partnerships.

The car pick-up process was very quick. The vehicle was provided with a full tank and cleaned. I received a car with just over six thousand kilometers on it, almost brand new. Overall, I am very satisfied and will use this company again next time.

The car was a little old but was fine for what we needed. The windscreen washer neeed to be replenished as it hadn't been checked prior to our pick up.

The car was not as advertised. The online pictures showed a hatchback YARIS, but the car I received was a sedan version of the YARIS. The car was old with many scratches and damages. I didn't purchase the full package insurance. When returning the car, they noticed some white dust on the front tire, but the metal parts were intact. They tried to blame me for damages, and only after I made a fuss did they say it was fine.

Excellent service, provided a new car and the process was convenient.
