This store located in downtown Sydney is very busy, as there are many other rental companies nearby. The staff are very professional and the processing speed is quick. When I was processing the rental, they made it clear that a regular English translation wasn't sufficient—they accepted only NAATI certified translations. The process required a credit card, the original driver's license, and the reservation confirmation. Everything went smoothly, and they explained the additional insurance and roadside assistance options that need to be purchased separately. At the end, they even provided a map, which was very friendly. Since we purchased full insurance for the rental, we didn't buy any additional insurance from them. Their extra insurance costs $32 per day and reduces the deductible to $300. The car had around 17,000 kilometers on it, which is relatively new. Later, we saw AVIS cars with only 6,000 kilometers, which were newer. When picking up the car, we carefully checked for scratches around the vehicle, and there were quite a few small scratches. When returning the car, they just checked whether the fuel tank was full, and everything else went smoothly.
The car condition is a bit worse than big companies like Avis, but it's cheaper and the store is close to our chosen hotel. If you sign for a full-tank return, make sure to fill it up before returning, otherwise, their fuel charge is more than triple the gas station price! It's outrageous!
There's nothing specific to highlight about this rental company. It's just like all other rental companies—standardized vehicles, staff, and processes. You can completely trust and use their vehicles with peace of mind, and you can contact the staff at the store within 10 seconds during working hours.

About Budget:10.0/10
After exiting the arrivals, the car rental company is on the left with clear signs. The Budget counter was unattended, and there was a sign directing us to the Avis counter. A lady there assisted us professionally and explained the benefits of buying insurance. I mentioned that I had already purchased QEEQ's super insurance. She then handed me the keys and directed me to the parking slot to pick up the car myself.
