We arrived at Auckland domestic airport at 7 PM, which was after business hours. However, because we had called beforehand, the staff waited for us to complete the rental process before they finished work. We are very grateful.
Terrible service. I originally rented from another company, but they forced me to take a car from this awful company. They said there would be no additional fees, but then charged me 250 yuan at the airport.
