Overall service was good, but the deposit refund is too slow. Returned the car on February 13th local time, and still haven't received the deposit back as of today. Not sure how much longer it will take. Additionally, the extra day rental fee due to early return hasn't been refunded either.
Only after arriving in Dubai did I realize that the website required a Visa single-branded card to pick up the car. I only had a dual-branded card with UnionPay, but thankfully, the store didn't make a fuss and handed over the car without any issues.
They claimed to have Chinese service, but there wasn't any. Although I had already purchased insurance, they still added additional coverage, which I didn't mind too much. We had to wait to pick up the car because we needed to wait for someone else to return it.
The service at the pickup and drop-off counter was average, but the inspection staff were okay. However, the service at several rental companies in Dubai (because they share the same office) was generally average. Avis and Sixt were slightly better.
I went to the service desk at Terminal 1, but they helped me with the car pickup even though it should have been Terminal 2. It was a pleasant experience!
They charge my husband Credit Card Extra 50 Dirham without any legal reason or they refused to give us the car if we didn't pay this extra charges !?
Really very bad attitude using the Filipino Receptionist !!

The car was having a noisy bearing sound on speed 80 to 100 from rear tiers, steering wheel was shaking strongly on speed 120, tire conditions was poor.
Since Budget has stores in multiple terminals, the pickup point initially marked by QEEQ had some contradictory information. However, after contacting customer service, it was improved.
The Budget Staff at the Abu Dhabi International Airport were amazing. They were friendly, polite and very professional. They answered all my questions and also gave me local driving tips so I can avoid getting traffic fines. The picking up experience was amazing and took less than 30 minutes (the car was ready for us on time) and the drop off experience was even faster and smoother. The front desk staff even helped us with our luggage (they didn't have to but they went out of their way to do so). Very happy with Budget and 100% recommend this location to everyone. Special thank you to the front desk staff of Budget, you guys are making the customer experience that much better. Thanks and keep up the good service.

I was not very happy with the fuel charges upon the return of the car. When I rented the car and picked it up the associate did not explain that you have to bring the car back at the same fuel level that you picked it up. I could have filled it up myself and brought it back. I was charged the full fare of fuel for the difference. I think this was a way for the rental place to make more money. I was not impressed.
Like: Car was new and in good condition. Best part is, got it at a great price after discount. The staff who showed us our car was friendly and honest. Dislike: The staff at the counter could've been a bit friendlier (then again, it was close to midnight and they were probably tired). Although we took full coverage on the website, the staff at the counter still suggested we took a separate insurance at extra charge - which confused us as to why we should be taking 2 separate insurances. We decided to forego the offer of course.
There was a slight delay because of an issue with the insurance. The app showed that basic insurance was included, but the car rental company's customer service said the price didn't cover insurance. Since the payment was made directly by credit card, contacting QEEQ customer service was difficult as it was midnight. The online customer service said that the deposit covered the insurance, which felt odd. In the end, it was still unclear what the situation was.
The service speed was quite fast, and the car pick-up and return processes were not very complicated. After getting the car, there was a 15-minute window to exit the parking, otherwise, a parking fee would be charged.
They charge me full insurance because which I pay for it (full insurance at your website) it's yours and I have to collect any damage from you so they book 4k D then I told them no I need also from you full insurance therefore I pay 336 D addition.
