I booked a Lynk & Co 01, but they gave me an MG, and it's a manual! How can these two cars be considered the same class?

When returning the car, it was too dark to take clear photos, and there were indeed scratches. Please make sure to take photos in a well-lit area, not in the airport parking lot. Thankfully, after explaining to the counter staff, they helped me waive the issue.

Needs to provide Chinese language services

They only have service centers in Germany and Spain. Communication over the phone isn't very effective when problems arise, so I don't recommend using them in other European countries.

They didn't have an MPV and gave me a small SUV instead, which they considered a downgrade and still charged extra. Very poor experience.

When booking the car, it was not clearly stated that exceeding 300 kilometers per day and crossing the border would incur extra charges. This was only communicated at the rental counter, with no prior notice, leaving no other options at the scene. Even if we didn't want to, we had no choice but to rent the car, feeling like we were being ripped off.

I bought the full insurance recommended by the rental car company, but the overseas rental company did not recognize it and forcibly charged me 205 euros for insurance, otherwise they wouldn't give me the car. When I contacted the rental car company, they said because I had signed it, they couldn't refund me. They push the insurance that isn't recognized overseas and do not resolve the issue, very disappointing.

I bought insurance through the rental platform, but I had to deposit 2000 euros at the counter. The deposit hasn't been refunded yet. It's ridiculous.
