Satisfied with the overall service, but I advise against renting the Lynk & Co 01 hybrid. It consumes 10 liters per 100 kilometers unless you have charging facilities. Otherwise, the fuel consumption is too high, and a tank only lasts for 300 kilometers.

子供が3人ゆったり乗れる車を手配してもらいました。最初に廃車された車は、後部座席にカビが生えていました。しかし、すぐ交換してもらいました。車を使用中にメンテナンスランプが点灯し、確認のため店舗へ電話するも録音音声が流れるだけで、全く担当者に繋がらない電話番号でした。旅行中のトラブル時にすぐに担当者と連絡がとれる電話番号を用意してほしいです。カスタマーサービスのシステムが十分でない会社です。

トラブルで連絡した時もすぐ連絡がついて、良かった。ただ、お金がかかるのに国際電話で何度も意味のない進捗確認の連絡を入れてきたことが不満です。「直接店舗へ連絡しろ」と言われましたが、連絡がつかないためQEEQに連絡しているのに、同じ内容を担当者をかえて時間をおいて何度も話してくることに不満を覚えました。

The car I got was MG (instead of Dacia Sandero) I ordered - which was OK. the man at counter was busy looking around at people, instead of dealing with my order... Taking the car, nobody checked the car with me, just told me to take pictures of the pai t problems I found...

I booked a car for 7:30 AM, but after completing the paperwork, I had to wait another half hour because the car wasn't ready. I reserved an SUV but was given an A3, otherwise, I would have missed my meeting. The car was full of scratches not recorded on the paperwork, so I hurriedly took some photos. There were no staff members when picking up the car, so I had to ask staff from another company to switch the car system to English. This was my first and last time using OK MOBILITY!
