Pretty good

The car provided was good, but I hope the counter staff can improve their English skills.

We were very pleased with the service attitude of Europcar staff, who patiently resolved any issues we had. The vehicle they provided was exceptionally important for our trip.

They said the deposit would be released in two days, but I couldn't see any changes on my credit card.

The service attitude was good, and we quickly picked up the car smoothly. We checked the car's equipment in the parking lot and didn't find any problems, so we set off after a quick round. We rented a nine-seater Volkswagen and later discovered that the middle single seat couldn't be folded, so people sitting in the back had to climb in every time they got in (we didn't notice this when we picked up the car as there were only 5 of us). Also, the car was out of engine oil, but when we went to a service point in another city, they were very friendly and quickly helped us add oil. Other than that, there were no issues—the car was stable, quiet, and felt very safe.

Overall good, had a minor issue with the car, but it was resolved.
