Waited for a full two hours

Europcar was very misleading about needing to have insurance after my booking online indicated that I just needed to show proof of insurance. I will not book again through either of these companies.

The pickup process was a bit slow, it took an hour

I booked a Mercedes GLA online, but they gave me a Volkswagen Passat without notifying me.

I arrived before dark, and neither of the airport desks was open. I called to inform them that no one was working, and they arranged for a shuttle to pick me up.

First they lied about the rate, and forced me to buy the insurance. Then they didn’t have the car and we had to wait for almost 3 hours to get a car! Kept lying and saying that in 5 Mins it will be ready.

When we arrived, they said there were no cars available, and then took us to another rental company KMG. The car had scratches everywhere, and it was hard to document them all. Later, when returning the car, the young guy claimed that a certain spot was damaged by us, but we were very careful and had no incidents at all. He tried to charge us an extra 200 pesos service fee, which was never mentioned before. They deducted money from my card, and my friend's credit card was also charged, so we paid twice! Please contact me as soon as possible to resolve this.

They did not accept my insurance papers that i had no problem with last time i was in mexixo and wanted to have 2000$ more!!!! It was a total ripoff!!! Would never rent again from them!!!
