Hertz is a big, reliable company. The car pickup and return process was very quick.

The service was excellent, but the pick-up process was a bit slow, probably due to the number of people.

The vehicle was very new and in good condition, service was quick. However, there were no BMW 3 Series cars available in the group we booked, and the station wagon's trunk was relatively small.

Generally satisfied, but the vehicle provided was different from what we reserved. We booked a Ford MPV with 7 seats, but got a Mercedes Vito with 9 seats. It was much larger and no reason was given. We didn't bother asking when we saw the car.

The X1 I rented didn’t come with a spare tire or a temporary parking warning sign. Aren’t these standard? Asking was useless as they simply don’t provide them.

Overall, very good!

The location is in the parking building at Zurich Airport, making pickup and drop-off very easy. I booked a MONDEO, but got a new Subaru Outback with only 450 kilometers.

The service was very attentive and nice, but I was very dissatisfied with the car model! I booked a Volvo V40, but ended up with a Hyundai i30 at the same price! When I asked the store, they just said it's the same price and class, no exchange allowed.

The car wasn't there when I arrived, waited a long time, no upgrades were made, and there was no Chinese navigation.

The front desk staff was very polite and patient.

Everything else was good, but picking up the car involved a long wait in line.

The staff at the store were very enthusiastic, but making us wait on-site for two hours until the scheduled pickup time was really frustrating.

We arrived early to try picking up the car. Initially, they told us there were no cars available and asked us to come back at the scheduled time. Later, they informed us that a car was available, and we managed to get it about an hour early. The return time remained the same as in the original booking. We found out later that this extra hour was crucial; otherwise, we would have been charged for an entire extra day! Also, the booked model was not available, so they upgraded us to a different, brand new car with a navigation system.

Quick pick-up and return, charged a pre-authorization of 199 CHF, and an additional 99 CHF for an extra driver. The second day of renting, driving from Zurich to Milan, my luggage was stolen from the trunk. Overall experience was bad, especially since I had locked the car, but the items were still stolen without breaking the windows. Very puzzled.
