Good, I recommend renting directly from the store.

Returning the car is very convenient. If you have full insurance, there's no need for a car inspection. Just hand over the keys when returning.

Dissatisfied. The Australian staff at the front desk had a very bad attitude, overcharged us, and wasted time without clarifying. The extra charges have not been explained yet, and the deposit that was supposed to be returned that night has still not been refunded.

The staff were very friendly and had a great attitude. The company provided a vehicle that matched the booked model and was in good condition.

The wait time for the car after completing the paperwork was quite long (more than half an hour).

We booked the car online with a pick-up time of 1 PM and a return time of 1 PM two days later. However, we actually picked up the car at 10:30 AM. They charged us for three days without communicating this beforehand or reminding us whether it was two days or three days and whether the return time needed to be adjusted. As a result, we returned the car at 11 AM, only a little over half an hour late, but we were charged for three days. The main issue was the lack of any reminders or notifications, which left us very dissatisfied.

I reserved a Kluger, but was given a Nissan at the store. They said it was the same class, but I was not satisfied with it in practice. The remote key often couldn't match with the car, making opening and closing the doors very troublesome. There were definitely some differences in space as well. The return location closed at 1 PM on Sunday afternoon without any prior notice. The return address was actually on a main road where parking was not allowed, so I had to wait for someone to come out and give me a temporary map to find the return spot.

Found the car in the parking lot by myself.
