空港から遠く、スタッフの方も少ないので混雑時は1時間程余裕を見ておいた方が安心です。

Great service, with shuttle service from the airport to the rental location.

The location is close to our hotel, and the car is very new.

Car had no snow tires on as unexpected snow hit.

Friendlier customer service representatives would be nice at the front office.

The shuttle was small and we had to wait for 2-3 shuttles, we weren't pushy enough and a large group jumped the line and got on before us. Perhaps another shuttle at peak times? Staff helpful warning about speeding tickets and automatic photo speeding enforcement and buffer speeds.

Not sure about price protector working or not.

Nothing particularly good or bad. The service felt robotic. If you have a choice, don't pick this company. They wouldn't accept my Chinese driver's license, claiming it was a Canadian legal issue. Despite my arguments, they refused to give me a car and sent me back to the airport. I easily rented a car from AVIS at the airport. Does AVIS not follow Canadian laws?

Nice, friendly Canadians at the YYC location. Pickup time is closer to 10 minutes than 30.

Price drop saved us some money. I was told that I may not see it until 2 weeks after the drop off date.

GPS they rented me didn't have all the parts. No suction window cap mount so it was very inconvenient and not safe and thety charged for it 9.99 a day.GPS NEED UPDATING Otherwise everything great.

ANYBODY CHECK THEIR CHARGE RECORDS FOR WINDSHIELD DAMAGE. THEY MAY MAKE A FEW SMALL CHIPS ON THE WINDSHIELD THAT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO NOTICE IN CHECK AROUND, AND CHARGE FOR THEM WHEN THE CAR IS RETURNED. THEY MAY CHARGE FOR CHIP DAMAGE OVER AND OVER. SCAM. COULD REALLY FEEL THAT. SENT SEPARATE EMAIL FOR THE SUBJECT TO YOUR OFFICE ALREADY.

The staff at pick up was ok. They explained everything to you. The car was nice and new. But it was not cleaned before pick up. Dirty windows, dirty on skin. The drop off process was so slow. I had to wait half an hour for returning the car.

Positive •Stuff are amazing friendly • Shuttle bus was waiting for us at the airport so no waiting time for us • The rate is definitely the lowest Negative • Jeep was old and had 65.000km on it already • our rental car Jeep didn’t have spare tire on the back which was disappointing. It looked uncool • we saw one Jeep that had a huge crack line from bottom to the top on the windshield (someone else was driving) • shuttle bus was missing door parts so he had to open from inside • car had many scratches and dent. I could tell their cars are low maintenance If you don’t mind tiny flaws and want to save money, it is a good place If you want perfect nice flawless car, go others. You get what you pay for!!

It seemed like we had to wait a long time for a pick up. Longer than we were told it was going to be. Everything else was fine.

I got an upgrade due to unavailability of the vehicle I had booked, can’t complain :) girl at the counter was lovely and immediately engaged the conversation in French as soon as I showed her my French driver’s licence.
